Tea & Honey Gift Box

Our tea selection was chosen in collaboration with the founder of In Pursuit of Tea, Sebastian Beckwith. Each tea is harvested and processed by hand using traditional methods, resulting in highly authentic and elegant flavors. In Pursuit of Tea has been featured on the menu at Eleven Madison Park for many years.

The Tea & Honey Box features two different varieties: Thunder Dragon Green tea, and Elderflower, accompanied by a jar of plant-based honey from Blenditup and a Bodhi leaf tea strainer.

Our Thunder Dragon Green tea is grown in Bhutan, and has aromas blending delicate florals, coriander and lemon peel. Our herbal offering, Elderflower, is spicy and savory in flavor, and its aromatic, tiny blossoms make an interesting alternative to chamomile.
